So if you had the chance to see my last post you will know that I am on a health and fitness journey, I attempted juicing (only) over the last week, and totally failed. After Day 3 I was so hungry, a little confused and just very tired, I realised that it really wasn’t sustainable to juice when you are a working girl who can’t just chill out in bed all day. I felt that juicing alone was a little like a water fast…but with vitamins. I decided made a modification, and added 2 small meals per day ; A Breakfast of eggs, avocado, Rye Bread and tomatoe’s, then a juice blend for the day, and finally a well rounded dinner. After making this change I felt a lot more sane, and able to achieve my everyday tasks. Honestly diet is super important, and for me, it is really important to start off as I mean to go on, sustainability is key!
In regards to working out, I really do love my daily work out, 20-30 minutes really is not that difficult, it gets me energised and I know that I will see more results. I’m wearing one of my favourite sets from the new Missguided Activewear collection, simple, with great support for the girls and behind, the flash of mint just give it that extra swag.
OH, and by the way…I hit 500,000 Subscribers on my Youtube channel, can you believe it!! Honestly I never thought I would reach such numbers just because I always feel I’m ‘not everyones cup of tea’ but I’m starting to learn…’It’s better not to be everyones cup of tea, but to be someones shot if whisky!’. I am so grateful for all the love and support that I have had from all of you, honestly my next steps are about, doing more, being more and giving more. Life is not about what you can get but what you can give. There is about to be an outpouring….
